Positive: 地理位置优越，出行方便，离考文特花园很近，客厅沙发床也解决了家庭出行的难题。
Negative: 卫生间实在太小了，洗漱台迷你，没有地方放置洗漱用品，房间保温效果太好，夏季没有空调很闷热，仅靠电风扇还是很热，其他季节应该没这个烦恼。寄存行李在地下室，电梯不到该层，搬运行李很费劲。

We had a great experience. The staff was responsive, accomodating, nice.
Positive: Clean, comfortable, convenient location
Negative: The dryer function of the washer/dryer machine was not available for use (or was not working). Having a washer and dryer is a key feature when traveling and one of the reasons we book Airbnbs over hotels.
